We don’t do cookie-cutter. We don’t do boring. We do roll up our sleeves, think differently, and tailor everything we do to your specific goals. If you’ve got a unique marketing challenge, we’re the team ready to tackle it head-on, with a little creativity and a lot of TLC.

Chief Executive Officer & Owner

tammy fruits cunningham

Tammy Fruits brings serious marketing muscle—and a whole lot of personality—to TLC Marketing Consultants. With a career that spans the big leagues of live entertainment, pro football, and broadcast media, she’s built a playbook for marketing success that’s anything but ordinary.

Before launching TLC, Tammy spent 20+ years with Live Nation, ultimately serving as Senior Vice President of Sales. She also led the charge as Vice President of Sales & Marketing for the Kansas City Chiefs for seven seasons (yes, she bleeds red and gold), and spent four years in sales leadership at Scripps Media, where her love of digital marketing took root.

Tammy’s superpowers include marketing strategy, revenue growth, business development, PR, digital and broadcast media, sponsorships, and community engagement. She’s known for turning great ideas into real results—and for building and leading top-tier sales teams that know how to win.

A Topeka native and proud Washburn University grad (Business Finance), Tammy has been a featured speaker on all things sales and marketing. She’s married to her sixth-grade sweetheart, Troy, and together they wrangle a modern-day Brady Bunch: Chase, Devon, Megan, Morgan, Payton, and Evan. Think Carol Brady—with a laptop, a media kit, a killer pitch deck, and a glass of red wine (or two).

debra tucker

Accountant

Well, someone has to count the money and pay the bills. Deb handles chasing us all down for receipts and info like a pro, regularly lighting one of us up! What she doesn’t know is that we often “forget” to mess with her. When Deb isn’t lecturing us on “loose accounting practices,” she is on a lake somewhere with a beer in her hand, listening to Kid Rock.

lucretia raby

Digitial Director

Lucretia Raby co-founded TLC Marketing Consultants. troy l cunningham

Special Event Operations (a.k.a. Director of Hauling Heavy Stuff & Keeping Things on Schedule)

Troy is the behind-the-scenes muscle at TLC Marketing Consultants—literally. As the husband of our fearless CEO, he’s been “voluntold” into the role of part-time event wrangler, sign installer, tent hauler, and all-around logistics wizard.

When there’s a big event, Troy’s the guy making sure everything shows up, stands up, and doesn’t fall down. He’s also the keeper of the tools, the trailer, and most importantly – the cooler.

By day, he works with data centers and IT. By night (and weekends), he’s in charge of making our events look effortless—even if it means lifting 400 folding chairs in 100-degree heat. He’s not officially on payroll for his dad jokes, but we haven’t ruled it out.
